A recent CBS/KPIX news article brought to light the ongoing problems with people living in tents in our communities. Once entrenched with their tents, the amount of trash that accumulates grows, seemingly exponentially.
A recent outing to Coyote Creek shows this problem.
What are the solutions? Many groups have differing opinions. Transitional housing, shelters, tent cities, camping. What are your ideas?
